Plan Questions
Why don't you publish prices?
Pricing depends on how many endpoints, users and sites you need covered, and on any add-ons you choose. Tell us about your environment and we'll come back with a written quote for the plan that fits.
Who answers when I call?
A security engineer, on every plan. From Silver up, the incident hotline is answered 24/7. On Gold you also get a named lead engineer who knows your environment, and on Platinum a dedicated engineer you can reach on a direct mobile number. From Gold up, you also have the CEO's personal mobile number.
What happens on Bronze outside business hours?
Your environment is still monitored 24/7 and our SOC still responds to incidents around the clock. If something critical happens, we call you. What changes is the line you call us on, which is staffed Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 Athens time.
What is the quarterly review with the CEO?
On Gold and Platinum, the CEO of THREAT-WATCH meets your leadership every quarter to go through what happened, what we changed, where your risk sits now and what to prioritise next. It is a business conversation, not a ticket review.
How many clients does each security professional look after?
A limited number, on purpose. We cap how many clients each security professional is responsible for, so the person handling your account knows your environment and has the time to act on it.
Do you visit on site?
Yes, from Gold up. On Gold we visit in person across Northern Greece. On Platinum, on-site visits are standard wherever you are based.
What is the personalized staff training?
On Gold and Platinum, we train your staff on the threats that actually target your business, built around your own tools, processes and recent incidents rather than a generic video course. It comes on top of the phishing simulations included from Silver.
What counts as an incident response hour?
Hands-on time our team spends investigating, containing and recovering from a confirmed incident in your environment. Gold and Platinum include 15 hours a year, renewing every contract year. On Bronze and Silver, monitoring and containment are still included, and hands-on response is billed per hour at a rate agreed up front.
What happens if we decide to leave?
We hand everything over cleanly: your data, the incident playbooks and documentation we built for your environment, and a handover call with whoever takes over, so you are never left uncovered in between. We don't hold your security hostage to keep you; we would rather earn the renewal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Many clients start on one plan and move up as their needs or regulatory obligations change. We agree the timing with you so coverage never drops in between.
