Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Who we are
THREAT-WATCH is the trading name of Konstantinos Chatzistavrou, a sole proprietorship (Ατομική Επιχείρηση) registered in Greece, VAT/Tax ID (ΑΦΜ) 186856801, GEMI No. 196779406000, registered address Ano Tzoumagias 6, 54453 Thessaloniki, Greece ("THREAT-WATCH", "we", "us"). Full company details are listed on our Legal Notice page.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the threat-watch.com website and any general inquiries, demo requests, or breach-response requests submitted through it.
Paid managed security services (SOC monitoring, endpoint protection deployment, compliance consulting, incident response, and related engagements) are provided under a separate, signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work agreed individually with each client. Where these Terms and a signed Service Agreement conflict, the signed Service Agreement prevails.
3. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false or misleading information through our contact or incident-report forms.
4. Incident and breach-response requests
Submitting a breach report or demo request through this site does not, by itself, create a client relationship or a contractual obligation to act. Engagement for incident response or any other paid service begins only once a Service Agreement is signed by both parties.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the THREAT-WATCH name and mark, is owned by or licensed to THREAT-WATCH and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission, except for normal browsing and sharing of publicly linked pages.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by Greek law, THREAT-WATCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from any paid managed security engagement is governed exclusively by the limitation-of-liability terms set out in the applicable signed Service Agreement.
7. Third-party links and technology
This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
8. Data protection
Information you submit through our forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of this website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
